One of the many things that's great about track & field is that at each meet we compete in, there are post-collegiate runners competing as well. Our athletes enjoy the opportunities to talk to, compete with, and run cool downs with these men and women who are competing for spots on our National teams. Listen to this interview with one such professional runner Jason Jabaut after his 1500 meter win at the Duke Invitational on April 4, 2008. Jason was a standout runner at Villanova. Post-Race Interview with Justin Conaway
Freshman Sprint-phenom Justin Conaway shares insight into his breakthroughs this season. Justin continuously broke our school record in the indoor 60 meters, finishing 2nd in the Big South Conference Championships, just .01 away from the win. Justin ran another PR in the 200 today at the Duke Invitational.
Post-Race Interview with Jasmine Jones-Green
Jasmine Jones-Green is a senior hurdler for High Point, who has made the switch from the 60/100 hurdles last year to the 400 hurdles this season. In each of her three races this season, she has bettered the school record. Hear Jasmine's comments below:
